  • General Questions

Give me a breakdown of what your 1 hour party would be like.

    • Note that if you have a mascot character (i.e. hooded character such as Brown Dog, Elmer, or Tiger for instance), then the entrance will be a pizzazzer, which is a performer in colorful clothes and a funny hat that does the options.  Then, they change mid-way through the show to the character for the rest of the show.  Two options are available for hooded mascot characters and three for characters that can perform options in costume (i.e. princesses, superheroes, etc).
    • The character (or pizzazzer) would make a dramatic entrance to theme music, which we bring and for birthdays, quickly identifies the birthday child and makes them feel extra special right away.
    • Next, the character will perform the first of two or three options (depending on the character).  Let's say it's the magic show.  The character or performer will sit the kids down in an area and perform several tricks and mix it with comedy to keep them entertained.
    • Next, the character or performer will perform the second option.  Let's say it's games.  The kids go outside or in a very large room and the character brings out a huge colorful parachute that all the kids grab a handle and start with one of several games with the parachute.  "Popcorn" is a favorite where the performer places a stuffed animal in the middle of the parachute while all the kids wave the parachute, making the stuffed animal pop around like popcorn.  The kids try to keep the animal on the parachute.  Then one or two more games are played.
    • Next, the third option is performed if the party is a non-mascot character.  For instance, face painting.  The performer will ask each child what they would like on their cheek or hand and either use safe professional face paints or temporary tattoos of what the child would like.
    • If the party is with a hooded mascot character, the pizzazzer will change into the character at this time and make an entrance with theme music and stay for the remainder of the show.
    • Next, if the event is a birthday party, the performer asks the parent if they would like the character to stay for the cake and if so, the character assists in singing "Happy Birthday".  The character then presents the child with a birthday present and then makes their exit.
    • The hour party is our most popular and keeps the kids actively entertained.
